There are many, many reasons my daughter and I love our visits to the dentist (yes... it is possible to get excited to go to the dentist) - ease of check-in, ease of communication, service that exceeds expectations, cleanings that don't hurt, etc. One of the key differences for me in my experience with Burgess Dental is that I don't feel like a number. I don't feel like I am being sold unnecessary procedures just for the benefit of lining greedy pockets (death to the HMO). All of the staff at Burgess Dental exudes an utmost level of professionalism. You feel welcome and appreciated. You feel well cared for and leave confident in your dental health and options.
